Returns

We’re sure you’ll love your Y1 kit, but if not, then we are happy to refund it within the first 14 days after delivery as long as the kit is still in brand new condition and in the original packaging. Return postage costs and successful delivery are the responsibility of the customer unless an internal error has occurred with your order, so we always recommend using a tracked service.

Returns are only applicable for orders made through www.y1hockey.co.za and not for any purchases through our retailer partners. If you have experienced an issue with any goods from a retailer, then please contact their customer service team.

We aim to process refunds within 3 working days of receipt at our respective facility although during peak periods this may be extended.

 

HOCKEY

Hockey Sticks:

All sticks have a 3 month guarantee through normal use, however we do not guarantee against the following due to the nature of hockey:

  •      Chips (including stick on stick contact)
  •      Scratches
  •      Grips
  •      End caps
  •      Rattles

If your stick has been delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use within 3 months of your order (excluding the issues noted above), then please send us pictures of the faults along with an explanation of the damage via email at support@digitalwellness.zohodesk.com. Our team will evaluate your claim and get back to you with a suitable course of action.

Please note: All Prototype sticks are NOT eligible for refund, replacement and do not carry the above warranty, as stated prior to purchase due to the experimental nature and extremely preferential pricing.

 

Equipment:

All equipment has a 3 month guarantee through normal use. Should your item become faulty within this timeframe then please get in contact with us at support@digitalwellness.zohodesk.com and we will assess your claim and get back to you with a suitable course of action.
