Shipping Policy

From 24 November to 2 December, the following shipping rates will apply:

  • Free Shipping: For orders over R999.
  • Express Shipping: R400 (instead of R200).
  • Priority Shipping: R120.

Please also note our Black Friday Shipping Disclaimer:

  • We aim to process and ship orders within our usual 2-3 business day SLA. However, delays may occur due to increased courier demand.
  • Receiving a shipping confirmation email means your order has been assigned to a courier and will be collected within 48 hours, not necessarily shipped immediately.

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of your purchase and item availability.

When processing your purchase, the shipping methods, the cost and the delivery service available for you will be shown.

At Y1Hockey SA we want our delivery service to be quick and efficient.
Our relationships with national couriers guarantee that.

Your order should be shipped within 24 hours (excluding purchases after 2pm on a Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will only get dispatched on Monday, including Express Delivery as our couriers do not collect on Saturday's and we are closed on Sunday's.
Production orders like teamwear and some other apparel items may require production and lead times will vary.

All goods are physically checked by our staff prior to shipping.
All goods will be shipped using a 2-3 day service to major areas (allow for longer if shipping to outlying area) unless express shipping is selected. Express shipping will be overnight where possible (not guaranteed for outlying areas) and needs to be requested before 11am

All goods are shipped via national couriers and will require a signature upon delivery.
A tracking number will be made available for you to trace your parcel.
Orders can be shipped to your home or your work place. 

Delivery options:

Standard Shipping / Delivery = R100
For orders under R500
The estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Free Shipping
For orders over R500
The estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Express Shipping / Delivery = R200
The estimated delivery time is 1 working day. Outlying areas may be longer and is not guaranteed. Orders placed after 2pm may not be shipped on the same day as the order and will be shipped the day after on Express Shipping Service.

Priority Standard Shipping / Delivery = R80

This is our standard delivery service but your order will be processed and shipped out before any other orders. 

Collection at Sports Republic Bryanston:

40 Peter Place, St Stithians College, Bryanston, Gauteng.
Collection between 09:00 and 17:00 Mon -Fri, 09:00 – 13:00 Sat.
